Grip Sheet is used to prevent slippage of products on pallets during transport or use in warehouses. Grip Sheet anti-slip paper is an innovative stabilizing solution that will prevent your products from slipping during handling and transport. Due to its very high coefficient of friction (50 °), Grip Sheet anti-slip paper reduces product movement and damage during shipping and handling. Grip Sheet allows you to preserve and improve your brand image. Your products will be delivered exactly as you shipped them, avoiding damage and load shifting.
Non-slip

Grip Sheet has a low unit cost. It compares well to cardboard dividers or protective angles. It is reusable for your internal handling. It reduces the damage caused during the handling of goods (internal or external transport, handling and storage). Grip Sheet greatly reduces or even eliminates the risk of breakage. In addition, it allows a significant reduction in the volume of stretch film used while allowing for higher palletized loads, therefore, reducing the number of pallets required and transport costs. Simple
Grip Sheet can be used manually like a traditional tier separator. We recommend placing a non-slip sheet on the pallet and then between some or each level, the non-slip sheets can be placed manually or by automation. Grip Sheet comes primarily in sheets on pallets but is also available in rolls and can be cut with the Cut’N Grip which will present the sheets one at a time to the palletizer. Hundreds of companies also use a robot palletizer with suction cups for the dividers. The standard size is 45 ″ x 37 ″ (1140 mm x 940 mm) but we also offer custom sizes.

Recyled Paper
Recycled, Reusable and Recyclable Paper. Non-slip sheets prevent slippage, reduce stretch film costs and increase load stability. Ideal for freezing environments. Available in several weights (thicknesses).
Photofilm
Water repellent. Non-slip sheets prevent slipping, reduce stretch film costs and increase load stability. Ideal for humid or wet environments. Available in 150 and 240g / m2.
Polytéréphtalate d’éthylène (PET)Water repellent and heavy-duty, washable and reusable, the non-slip sheets prevent slippage, reduce stretch film costs and increase load stability. They can be used in dry, humid or wet environments, also in environments that do not allow the use of paper or cardboard. Thanks to their high strength, they will be an excellent choice in the distribution of mixed products on pallets, even if the height of the containers is not the same on the same floor. Available in standard 50µm and 75µm thick products, others available by special order.

100% Coating
100% coating on both sides: the anti-slip coating uniformly covers the entire surface on both sides of the paper. This coating is mainly used when the Grip Sheet anti-slip paper is placed manually. (2M)
100% coating on one side: the anti-slip coating is distributed evenly over the entire surface but only on one side of the paper. This paper is particularly interesting when you need to slide the products when hand palletizing. (1M)
Alternating Bands
Alternating Strip Coating: the anti-slip coating is distributed in alternating strips on both sides. This coating is more often preferred for automated laying, generally by vacuum system (L2A). It offers a reduction in cost and in general a largely sufficient coefficient of friction in the majority of applications.
Revêtement carré
The anti-slip coating is distributed in alternating squares (checkerboard) on both sides. Clearly, the objective of this product is to provide an adequate anti-slip solution at the lowest cost. Its performance will be optimal with heavier products but it is suitable for a very wide variety of applications, both manual and for automated installation, generally by a vacuum system. (SQ)
