Shipping
SDI aims to ship your order made via our website on the same or next business day. Orders received on Friday after noon (12pm, eastern time), Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. Additionally, orders received the day before or the day of a statutory holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
**Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or any statutory holiday observed in Quebec. Orders received between Christmas Eve and January 2nd will be shipped on the first business day following January 2nd, unless otherwise agreed upon with SDI.
**All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Anjou, Quebec (Canada).
All orders are DAP (Delivered at Place) by a transporter to be selected by SDI. The buyer is responsible for any import custom duty (including, if applicable, any custom brokerage fee), import taxes and/or any foreign transaction fees (international transactions).
SDI will not be responsible for any fee, loss or other consequence caused by any delay or other issue faced by the transporter. If the goods need to be returned or replaced for any reason, please consult our Return Policy.
